- Your solar consultant will provide a phone and online evaluation of your property to ensure the viability of the commercial solar energy project and set up an on-site consultation.
- Before the on-site consultation, we’ll request power bills from the business to identify energy costs and to calculate solar energy savings.
- During your site inspection, we’ll use tools to measure shading and investigate potential electrical issues to ensure an accurate solar proposal
- While onsite your solar consultant will provide a detailed overview of available products, your electrical usage trends, and a financial analysis showing all the costs, savings, and benefits of a solar energy system for your business

Design, Permitting, & HOA Approval
Congratulations–you’re going solar! At this stage in the process, you will receive frequent updates as our team works through design, permitting, and HOA approval with the respective governing bodies. ‘Out Solar Company’ has a combined 25 years of experience in the solar industry and we also have a master electrician to ensure this step of the process goes smoothly.
Solar Installation & Battery Installation
This is usually the stage in going solar where homeowners are the most excited: installation day. Our Solar Company’s leadership team will keep you informed regarding your installation specifics and our construction crews are not only specially trained, but truly diligent. Our goal is always to execute a perfect installation and leave your home better than it was before switching to solar.
Final Inspection & PTO
Our solar engineers will conduct a final walkthrough with you before submitting your system for permission to operate (PTO) with your utility. We’ll manage the entire inspection process with the city and secure the PTO from your utility company, ensuring your system is fully connected, compliant, and ready to operate.

A few months after your system is installed and saving you money, our team will follow up to gather your feedback on the entire experience.
